THE INTRO SESSION

This is where we begin.

In this session, we:

→ Explore what your nervous system is holding

→ Identify the patterns ready to shift

→ Assess which modalities will serve you best

→ Create your personalised 3-month healing plan

→ Determine whether The Embody Method: Coming Back To Self or 1:1 Journey is right for you

This isn’t just an intake. It’s the foundation of your transformation.

PATHWAY 1 - THE EMBODY METHOD

The Embody Method: Coming Back To Self

An Emma Hall Healing Programme

Structured 8 or 12-Session Programme

This is for the woman who’s done the work.

Who understands her story.

But whose body is still holding on.

WHAT HAPPENS:

After your Intro Session, we create your tailored plan.

Then you choose:

→ 8-SESSION INTENSIVE (8 weeks) — for focused, concentrated healing


→ 12-SESSION DEEP DIVE (3 months) — for layered, ongoing transformation

Each session includes:

• Somatic release work

• Nervous system regulation practices

• Trauma-informed bodywork

• Integration support

• Personalised homework

• Access to the Embody Workbook

This is structured, supported, intentional healing.

Your body gets to remember safety while being held in consistency.

PATHWAY 2 - THE 1:1 JOURNEY

1:1 JOURNEY

Individual Sessions as You Need Them

This is for the woman who’s done the work.

But whose body is still holding on.

This pathway is for you if:

→ You need flexibility in timing and commitment

→ You want to work on specific issues

→ You prefer choosing different modalities as you go

→ A structured programme doesn’t fit your life right now

After your Intro Session, you book sessions as needed.
